We collect contact information, organization details, sample descriptions, test requests, shipping and chain-of-custody events, communications, and technical information needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to review requests, receive and test samples, provide status updates, issue reports, maintain quality records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Public certificates

Certificates are public only when the client authorizes public release or the service agreement requires it. Public pages may include the report number, client display name, analyte, lot, methods, results, dates, and verification status. They do not display private email addresses.

Retention and security

Laboratory and chain-of-custody records may be retained for quality and legal purposes. Access is limited according to role, and sensitive records are stored using appropriate administrative and technical safeguards.
