Terms
Service terms
Draft for operational review · August 21, 2026
Scope
Canada Peptide Testing provides analytical observations for the sample received using the methods named in the accepted request. A result does not establish clinical safety, efficacy, identity of other units, regulatory status, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Samples
Clients must accurately describe samples, follow approved packing instructions, and comply with shipping law. Canada Peptide Testing may refuse, quarantine, or destroy unapproved, hazardous, leaking, misdeclared, or controlled materials.
Reports and public verification
Reports may be shared by the client subject to the service agreement. Public verification pages may not be altered or represented as applying to a different sample, batch, or product.
Timelines and fees
Turnaround estimates begin after receipt, acceptance, and any required payment. Method development, repeats, reference standards, taxes, and shipping may carry additional charges confirmed before work proceeds.
Operational review required
These are launch-draft terms, not legal advice. Counsel should adapt them to the final company, accreditation status, consumer and privacy obligations, and chain-of-custody procedures before the site accepts production orders.
